My Story
Does any of you recall the "Flash" software? Well, that's where my journey began – crafting simple 2D animations with Flash. This initial experience sparked my curiosity and led me to delve deeper into the world of design.
​I began my career as a graphic designer and acquired UX design skills through hands-on work. Over the past 18+ years, I have been crafting enterprise experiences across complex business domains such as financial, technology and Pharma sectors.
I worked with cross functional teams including product, engineering, customer experience (CX), and operations (Ops) teams to map out service blueprints. Together, we simplified complex user journeys by fixing pain points and creating better experiences across websites, mobile apps, and kiosks
I have successfully built and led design teams by guiding, mentoring interaction designers, visual designers as well as content writers. I ensure strong planning and execution to deliver high quality design projects.
As a design leader, I advocate user needs while working closely with product, engineering, and data teams. By bringing the user perspective into planning discussions, we’ve shaped better product roadmaps and more efficient workflows. I also share design success stories to broader leadership team highlighting how combining UX with data leads to real results.
